"Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und unser Zimmer hatte eine Raumtemperatur von 28*C. Man erklärte uns, dass das fehlende Bauteil fehle und nur schwer beschaffbar ist. Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. "You could probably find something a little cheaper but the price reflects the quality of the stay. Its location is convenient for access to the autobahn and provides lots of space for parking. There is a petrol station and mini supermarket on site and a restaurant that offers quality meals. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and always on hand to offer support with queries. 10/10 - would highly recommend!!!"

"Der Aufenhalt war insgesamt gut, aber als wir in Eingangsbereich warten mussten, lief ununterbrochen der Fernsehsender MTv Musik. mir ist nicht bekannt wie das Durchschnittsalter ihrer Gäste ist, aber diese Musikclips sind wohl nur für unter 20 jährige gut. Warum läuft da nicht z.b. ein Nachrichtensender, das wäre für alle interessant"
