Very good clean shops nearby staff excellent

Food is amazing, rooms were very comfortable. They have a lot options when it comes to food, drinks and things to do.

Positives: fantastic variety and quality of food. You won’t go hungry at all. Beach area is very nice. Hammam and massage were excellent. Negatives: Service from staff is extremely variable. Language barrier doesn’t help (most don’t speak English ). Facilities very tired and not updated - tennis/table tennis rackets and balls unusable. Gym very dated with old/broken machines . Indoor pool very cold in April (though advertised as heated). Door to sauna broken. Cheap coffee and alcohol. Needed a wheelchair for my mum - caused a huge amount of confusion amongst staff. Overall more like a 3/4 star hotel with 3 star service.Certainly not 5 star. Would’ve been extremely disappointed if I’d paid full price ( got a special last minute deal). Reminded us of a sunny version of Fawlty Towers. Won’t be returning.

The hotel's main layout was impressive at first glance, primarily because of its central location in the forest. However, as you walk through the hotel, you'll find that it ends at a narrow, poorly maintained beach area. The rows of sunbeds are outdated, and there isn’t a well-kept beachside bar, just a small one that isn't very user-friendly. Additionally, the reception area was uncomfortably hot because they did not have the air conditioning on. I heard that the hotel’s shareholders are quite restrictive and unwilling to spend money, which also reflected in the dining areas; it was similarly hot. When we asked about it, they mentioned that there were 800 people inside, but that’s no excuse. The rooms were not very clean, which was disappointing. The number one positive aspect was the forest and layout, aside from the beach area. Also, we would have preferred to see traditional Turkish music. I can listen to English music at home.
