"The location was great because of the two minute walk to the Metro station. The unit was great because of the space, comfy bed, shower and kitchen. Overall the unit was very clean, but some corners and harder to reach areas were a bit dusty."

They were helpful and our specific unit was at the back of the building, so quieter as it was farther away from the main street. "

"The apartment was great and very roomy, the property managers responded fairly quickly. The only thing I would say is that the tv in the bedroom needs to be changed to a smart tv, it wasn’t usable, and definitely get ready to climb some stairs there is no elevator. So when coming with your baggage or a day of walking get ready for another strenuous activity in climbing these stairs. "We stayed at the apartment for a 3-night girls trip in May and it was fantastic. The apartment had so much charm is in the perfect location in Old Montreal. It was a little warmer and the air conditioning unit was in the main living area so didn’t cool off the back bedrooms as much. Otherwise everything else was great and Al was a wonderful host and we enjoyed our stay!!"

"For the price point, this was a very good place to stay. We had room to spread out and watch TV. The location had a lot of food options, but was about a mile from downtown. However, the on-property parking is in an alleyway and was confusing. The kitchen stuff was unclean and had food on it when we got there and we had to clean it. The property has on-site washing machine and a little balcony, which were nice add-ons."

"Great location. Upon my arrival check in was quick and pleasant. I booked through Expedia and was quoted a different price than what I paid when I stayed. No biggie. I was told the wifi is free but did see it listed on the bill not sure how that worked. I just had a two night stay so didn’t get to explore all the amenities offered. The building is dated how ever the rooms are very large and with good sized beds and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is lit well and spacious offering a bidet...
