"This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life. For two nights, we paid $550, which made the condition of the room even more disappointing. The pillows were old, worn out, and completely flattened, making it almost impossible to sleep comfortably. The room faced a very busy road, so traffic noise was constant throughout the night. On top of that, the refrigerator was so loud it sounded like an airplane engine turning on every few minutes. The room itself was in poor condition, with damaged and peeling furniture and fixtures. Some of the towels had holes in them, and the shower gel dispenser was completely empty upon arrival. The most concerning issue was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. When I reported it to the front desk, my concern was simply ignored. I also specifically requested that housekeeping not enter our room during our stay, yet they still came in while we were out. When I asked the front desk for replacement pillows, they handed us pillows with no pillowcases, delivered in a garbage bag. The only positive thing I can say is that the housekeeper appeared to be working hard to keep the room clean despite the poor condition of the property. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the overall experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others."

"I stayed here for one night mainly for the experience, and overall I enjoyed it. My capsule was very clean, and the goose down comforter was surprisingly comfortable. The pod has its own ventilation system, and you can control the air conditioning yourself, which made the stay very comfortable. The facilities are modern, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. My only inconvenience was the parking situation. Public parking is not very affordable, costing around $33 or more for 10–12 hours, and there are not many nearby alternatives. Be very careful with street parking, as parking enforcement is active and they will make sure to ticket vehicles that are not parked according to the regulations. Other than that, it was a unique and enjoyable experience."

"It is a newer hotel so everything was new and clean. We got a 2 queen bed room and it was huge and could have slept 5 adults as it came with a pullout couch. Staff were pleasant and responsive. You could hear people from the hallway if they were being loud enough but if your neighbors are being respectful, noise levels shuold not be a problem. Continental breakfast was decent but can get busy. Free underground parking was the best feature as not a lot of hotels offer this - easy access, lots of spaces, clean, and felt safe. 15- minute drive to Old Montreal or Mount Royal Park. Overall, nothing fancy but very comfortable stay if you’re driving to visit Montreal."

"Hôtel dégoutant! Pleins de tâches sur les porte de la salles de bain et sur les mur, lumière briser, congélateur tellement geler que la porte du frigo ne fermais plus (j'y était pour un suivie de fertilité chez OVO, on ma dit de juste mettre mes médicament à l'accueil comme le frigo ne fonctionnais pas LOL).. restant de Coca-Cola des occupants avant nous, des cheveux partout dans la salle de bain, très poussièreux mais le PIRE c'était sans aucun doute les petite fourmis qui se promenais le long du mur sous le bureau de travail. Le seul positif était que les employés étaient gentils et que c'était tranquille."

"The suite was clean, kitchen well equipped. Very spacious and comfortable bed . The location was great. It would have been 5 stars overall except for the very poor breakfast. Processed cold meat, processed cheese slices, cold boiled eggs not my idea of a breakfast, full or continental. The staff very helpful."
