Perfectly located in the West Shore neighborhood, you'll love being within walking distance of all the islands have to offer including Cook's Lobster & Ale House, Sundrenched, Fishnet Cafe, Bailey Island General Store, and just a short drive away from other great local eats. Spend your days lounging on the sunlit deck watching the lobster boats pass by or go on a nearby adventure. Just make sure you make it back in time for the glorious sunsets over the sound.

Inside the cottage are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a full bathroom with a shower, fully stocked kitchen, and a living room area with a sofa, two chairs and a flat screen TV. For additional comfort, the cottage offers heat pumps with A/C for hot summer days. Outside there is an elevated deck with a picnic table, umbrella, and two adirondack chairs, a yard area, and stairs to access the waterfront.

Please note- The stairs to access the waterfront are very steep. For easy kayak access, we would recommend launching from Garrison Cove, just down the road.
