This is one of the best cabins we have ever stayed in! The host communicated very well, the property was just beautiful and very clean. Shopping and restaurants are just a 10 minute drive away from the property. If you’re looking for a couples get away, this is the place! Don’t pass up on this cabin if you have a chance to book it! You won’t regret it!

Our stay at this charming cottage was beyond our expectations. The landscaping is breathtaking. We enjoyed the solitude, yet we were close enough to everything we wanted to do and see. We enjoyed out stay at the Charming Cottage while attending a wedding. The cottage was clean and as described. We truly appreciated the coffee maker and the provided coffee that we enjoyed on the beautiful sunny porch. It is a great place to experience Door County summer life. Thank you!

The cutest and most perfect cottage stay

This was truly the most perfect cottage stay in Door County. I visited for a weekend with my sisters, and we were blown away by how amazing the place was. It was somehow even more beautiful than we had imagined. The property is filled with flowers and beautiful bird sounds and trees, while being close to so many restaurants, beaches, and shops in Door County. The place was super clean, had such incredible charm and character, and the check in and check out process was super easy. I couldn't recommend more.

Perfect couple getaway spot

This cottage was the perfect home base for our trip to Door County. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with everything we needed. We loved that it is nestled in the woods with beautiful landscaping. A perfect place to return to after visiting the busier areas of Door County yet it was close enough to places we wanted to visit. Loved enjoying morning coffee outside listening to the sounds of nature and watching the hummingbirds. I highly recommend!

Beautiful setting

The most quiet, peaceful setting - surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and wonderful areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Easy access to great bike rides and places to sit near the water.

Awesome stay!!!

Everything about this property was as advertised! Working with Carol was excellent and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time in Door County!! The location of the property is excellent in the peninsula. You can get anywhere in 15 to 20 minutes!

Perfect stay

This was an extremely clean and comfortable place. The landscaping of the property was beautiful and we loved the location, very quiet and private, but also easy to get to everything we wanted. The local snacks were very sweet and appreciated. Would love to come back sometime.

Cottage

Sits nestled off the road, this little cottage is perfect. It’s very quiet. Sit on the deck and listen for birds and creepy things walking around in the surrounding woods. The landscaping is pleasant to look at as well. The owners keep it very well kept and clean. Although my stay wasn’t long, it was well worth it. If you’re looking for a slightly secluded stay, and a short distance from town. This is worth it.

Charming and Beautiful Cottage

Every part of the cottage and grounds exceeded our expectations! We arrived to beautifully landscaped gardens, a nice deck and patio in a quiet location. The owners took great care in thinking of every possible amenity, immaculately clean house, and tasteful and relaxing decor. Owners responded immediately to any questions. The bed was deliciously soft, the kitchen had every item we could possibly need to cook, and the chairs and coaches were luxuriously comfortable. The location is perfectly situated 5-7 minutes from town, the beach, hiking, and other activities while be just enough off the main drag to be quiet and private. We adored this cottage and look forward to coming back again!

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

We needed somewhere to stay for a weekend anniversary getaway to Door County, and this place was perfect. Cozy, but at the same time had multiple rooms to spread out, all with plenty of windows to enjoy the wooded surroundings and beautifully landscaped yard. Internet was plenty strong to stream a movie in front of the fireplace after our daily adventures. Comfortable bed. Plenty of blankets, towels, etc. Didn't eat in during our stay, but kitchen had everything we would have needed had we chosen to. The local coffee and other snacks provided by owner was a really nice touch as well. Lastly, the location was exactly what we were looking for. Property had the secluded, middle of the woods feel, yet was centrally located for easy access to the entire peninsula. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Charming Cottage!

A wedding Invite to Door County led me to search for a property for a 2 night stay near Baileys Harbor. The cottage listed did lot disappoint! Lovely attention to details! The interior and exterior were extremely clean and well maintained! So much love could be felt for the time the host spends on the landscaping. Very serene on a wooded lot. My bestie and I enjoyed the many different outdoor seating conversation spots. Views of lovely perennial gardens, gorgeous potted bigonia and the hardiest ivy I’ve ever seen! There was a constant attraction of dragonflies and humming birds! The property was coincidentally incredibly close to our wedding venue at Gordon Lodge. Carol was kind enough to answer a Saturday morning text inquiry regarding walking trails close by! She steered us toward the boardwalk ridge and swale complex that was both peaceful and interesting and allowed for some good exercise. The cottage has a lovely bedroom with a comfortable bed with a well appointed bathroom attached. The other “bedroom” is a nice porch size room with the dining table and a single pull-out loveseat bed which is comfortable for one person for a short stay. We loved the Door County Coffee selection and unexpected snacks with cherry 🍒 ingredients that Door County is known for. I would consider this lovely cottage again for a couple or girlfriend stay!

The cottage and gardens were charming. The location was great and made it easy to get anywhere in just a short time. My one suggestion would be a comfy reading chair with good lighting. We had a couple rainy days and I would have loved to curl up with a good book and just stayed in on those days.
