Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home in the stylish and contemporary living area by resting on the plush furniture, reading by the roaring fireplace, streaming your favorite movies, or serving up cocktails at the bar. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar.

With two beds and a sofa bed, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. Fantastic bedrooms with stunning views, fireplaces, and private entrances to the balcony will make anyone feel like they're living in luxury. Gather around the fire table on the deck to share stories and watch the ships in the distance as the stars come out to dot the sky.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Fabulous View

Loved the location and the view! Quiet property. Towels and washcloths need to be updated. I went and purchased my own. All other amenities were great. Downstairs has a musty smell and there are no screens on the lower level so we couldn’t let fresh air in there at night. Overall a great vacation was had by all.

A beautiful spot for a getaway.

It's hard to beat the ambience of this little spot on the water - from the soundtrack of the sound, to tide pool walks, and being so close to Bainbridge happenings while still feeling so tucked away, we really loved staying at this property! Parking is definitely not for the faint of heart, but instructions and recommendations were very clear. If your car is anything bigger than tiny or you're not a skilled Austin-Powers-esque-8-point-turner, consider parking at the lot at the street entrance. Definitely recommend this property if you're looking to unwind and relax, grill some dinner with views of Seattle, and take in the changing tide from a perfect perch. We'd happily return!

Girls Trip

Property is beautiful. Driveway is a challenge! We had an issue with heat but the response was great. Hanz showed up, got the heat going, got us firewood to help until the house warmed up.

Ocean delight

We loved nearly everything about this property. Oceanfront with amazing ocean views from every room in the house! Spectacular views of the Seattle skyline across the Puget Sound. Amenities galore. This is an older home but has been remodeled beautifully, aside from the exterior (including the porch’s but this wasn’t a problem). The bedroom downstairs looks beautiful but does have a bad odor and the window with ocean view sits right along a narrow sidewalk the boarders the house and sea (not private unless window and curtains are kept closed). That would be the only negative. We had a rough first night with the shower upstairs being clogged and leaking into the bathroom below but maintenance came quickly when called and was able to remedy the situation in less than 30 minutes.

Soulful getaway

The views are amazing! We saw Orcas, seals, and otters from the deck. Great view of Seattle - loved the skyline at night. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. Great getaway for the soul. Suggest parking in the parking lot and walking to home.

Great ocean front property

My son loved being right on the water and playing on the beach when the tide went out. Also saw several otters. Great property but the parking took careful slow driving as it’s a one way street right off the waters edge. We would definitely stay again

Family Escape

We had a small family reunion (four of us) with out of state relatives. We enjoyed the house very much. The views were outstanding. Boat traffic and river otters being the highlights.

Relaxing getaway!

The home was so relaxing on the water. It was nicely appointed! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and there is a gas firepit for the evening. Part of the deck would be a concern for young toddlers. We would love to visit again.

On the Water!

The location of this house is amazing! Sitting on the deck literally next to the water’s edge was my favorite part of this house. We were able to watch seals and a family of sea otters off the deck.

Great seaside retreat!

We had a wonderful stay at this seaside home. The views are spectacular, the kitchen and living room are spacious and well-appointed. We spent much of our time on the deck enjoying the views and hearing the waves. The master suite is huge with a great bathroom. As others have stated, trying to turn the car around in that tight space is tricky, but we figured it out. A great stay overall!

Beautiful waterfront home

Beautiful location. Home has nice amenities. The sound of the waves and the gorgeous views exceeded our expectations. The deck furniture and fire pit are serviceable but a bit tired. The drive to the house was narrow and the turn around not for the faint of heart. That said it is a beautiful spot and we would happily stay there again

Started out iffy, ended up fabulous

We had a hiccup at first, with our original location being unavailable at the last minute due to weather damage. Vacasa found us a new place to stay immediately. What they didn’t tell us (because they probably didn’t know) was that the power was out. The home owner was there, fortunately!) and got us settled, built a fire and made sure we were comfortable. Power came on about 24 hours later and we were able to finish our trip.

Amazing View

Fabulous location right on the water. Great small town with good restaurants and stores. Only a 30 minute ferry ride to Seattle - so easy. Just need better parking instructions and some board games in the house. Oh yeah, put the house/island info papers in a binder. Thanks for a great stay! Our family enjoyed it!

Loved every minute of being here!

This is a marvelous house in an unbeatable location if you wish to be close to the water of beautiful Puget Sound. At high tide you could believe you are on a boat. From any spot in this house, you have views of the natural surroundings. We watched families of river otters right from the balcony every day, as well as seals and a sea lion. Loved the design of the place as well as the interior design. Great communication from the hosts/management, with timely information and instructions throughout the stay, and the house is well equipped for anything you need. If you are looking for a memorable place to stay on Bainbridge or just in the vicinity, this it it!

Large, 360 Views, Modern, Comfortable

Better than the pictures. The location was beautiful. Great interior design and sight lines on windows made sure you had amazing views of the water and the Seattle Skyline even indoors. It was nice to relax upstairs with the windows partly open to hearing the waves lapping on the rock beach. Large comfortable living room / kitchen with fireplace. There was even an office space to WFH.

Family Visit

House as billed....Nice place. Comfortable layout. Beautiful view. Check in/check out was simple as could be. Difficult parking (best to have a small car), House right on the water. Can hear the waves hitting the retaining wall at the base of the house at night as the tide comes in. One issue that never got resolved was getting the heater to warm up the first floor of the house.

Amazing, relaxing house on the Bay!

The location of the house is amazing. And, views from the bedrooms were very relaxing! You can see Seattle and Mt Baker from the deck. We got a lot of use out of the kitchen and deck. There were enough cooking utensils and supplies in the house for our needs. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the house. Vacasa stepped up to remedy the issue and showed a lot of concern. That said, this house is older and needs some updates. I would stay here again and feel it’s a good value!

Overall the property was fine, but there were some things that needed attention. It was clean overall with a few exceptions such as dust on the headboards, and mildew in the Brita water pitcher.The furniture was very comfortable in the living room. The barstools, not so much. It was great having a nice kitchen and bathrooms on all 3 levels. The beds were fine. I was disappointed after driving past all the beautiful flowers in the area to have only weeds on the property. The initial smell that hits you downstairs when first entering is very off-putting. The bedroom downstairs needs some help; too many air filters that were overdue for an emptying, no nightstand or available plug near the bed. The air filter light to empty and shower upstairs clogging were reported. Neither were fixed while we were there. The deck is very nice and enjoyable. Parking is horrendous with the narrow drive and turnaround. Not for the inexperienced. I'm not sure if I would stay again. However, I think I would still give it 4 stars because it had everything you need, but not as comfortable and inviting as it could be.
