"O hotel vende uma exclusividade e nível de serviço que acaba não entregando. Tem instalações muito bonitas (piscinas e jardins), contudo pelo preço cobrado poderia ter uma qualidade melhor. O banheiro do quarto é bem pequeno, não disponibilizam uma máquina de café no quarto, o café da manhã é bem básico. Na mesma faixa de preço encontramos hotéis que entregam acomodações e serviços melhores. "This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the premises. The place is very clean and well maintained. Deserts are delicious. You can't ever get hungry, because the food is always available and the variety is great. They have a big gym, that I was visiting before breakfast. There are several warm pools options: outdoor pools, children pools, pool with and a heated inside pool and sauna. "
