Location, rooms & breakfast are great

Amazing location for skiing. Very comfortable hotel to stay in, huge rooms and fantastic views. Breakfast is great but all other hospitality areas lack atmosphere and quality service. Check in is long and complicated. Definitely not the high standard of experience expected at a normal Hyatt.

Entäuschung, kein Hyatt Standart.

Wir sind oft in Luxushotels dieser Kategorie unterwegs, auch in China. Da wir allgemein das Serviceproblem auch in Internationalen Hotels in China kennen, sind unsere Erwartungen nicht besonders Hoch. Aber dieses Hotel war dennoch eine Entäuschung. Es ist eigentlich eine Frechheit dass dies als ein Hyatt Regency verkauft wird. Nur ein einziger Mitarbeiter sprach gutes Englisch, der Concierge war eine Katastrophe und dermaßen unbeholfen dass man sich diesen auch sparen kann. Für das verlassen des Resortgeländes wird eine Ausfahrkarte benötigt da man sonst hohe Parkgebühren zahlen muss. Daran muss man aber selbst ständig selbst denken, was man natürlich erstmal vergisst oder nicht weis und dies dann am Gate feststellt. Ein guter Service würde für den Kunden denken oder danach Fragen. Des Weiteren hat sich unser Sohn an dem Teppich im Zimmer verletzt. Dieser war am Flurübergang von unten mit Nägeln befestigt, von unten nach oben! Die Nägel waren so lang dass diese durch den Teppich stachen und die Hornhaut an seinem Fuß aufrissen. Zum Glück war es nur eine kleine Verletzung, aber dass geht gar nicht. Die Schiebetür zum WC ließ sich nur mit starker Kraft verschieben, für ein Kind unmöglich. Das Leitungswasser hatte eine komische gelbe Farbe, so sah das eingelassene Bad aus wie Urin. Das Frühstück war für diesen Preis nicht gut genug, einfach Büfett Standart mit durchschnittlichem Angebot.

Tremendous room for improvement

I booked two rooms as we have 4 people. One room has shower and bath tub, the other one looked like it's just taken out the bath tub and shower door, it's terrible. When you showered, water flooded to the other side of the bathroom. Unfortunately, you live with whatever they have available when it's full. Breakfast arrangement was terrible, waited 25 minutes for a table. Ski gears ran out very fast and we had to rent the gears from the ski house. Ski locker has to pay which is strange as normally it should be free for hotel guests. The ski rental counter is very understaffed, waited long time just to get served. The outdoor hot water pool was great, swimming pool is also good. Rooms are very hot and couldn't lower the temperature at all. Most of the people will need to open the balcony door to reduce the room temperature.

The facility is still pretty new and hotel service is not bad. The wifi signal in room is rather weak. The ski rental is a mess although it is not part of the hotel service, but they are not professional. I liked the pool, outdoor spa and the changing room very much.

Fantastic service with great facility

I have to say the service is one of the best I've ever got from many many hotels I've been. Facility is also great, very big room, very clean. deserve the price.
