"The house is within walking distance to downtown shops and dining. The kitchen and living room are cute and well stocked for comfort. The beds however were not so comfortable and I'm not used to staying in a house with a basement."

The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. We loved the covered patio. We never got the chance to try the hot tub nor the fire pit but it was nice to have them. The hosts were easy to communicate with especially Brian. He made our stay special. We will definitely come back again."

"This was our 2nd New Year's stay with our sons, daughters-in-law and granddaughter. The property is wonderful with plenty of room for all of us, and the location is beautiful and secluded while still being close to Haines and Baker City. "There were a few dog hairs on our wash rags and the bed was too hard for me to sleep well (my husband slept fine & I ended up stacking the comforters underneath me) but otherwise it was a great place. We liked that it had beds downstairs so we didn’t have to make the trip upstairs (we are seniors), even though I had partly selected the property because of the king-size bed.
