5 Bedroom House in Beautiful NW Bakersfield
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Fully remodeled 5 bedroom house with outdoor pool, outdoor dining area complete with charcoal grill, loads of outdoor seating, privacy fence all around. Just a half block walk to an amazing park! Loads of amenities!! Your perfect home away from home.
The space
This house is set up to accommodate large families or work crews needing up to 5 bedrooms and up to 9 beds. Each bedroom comes equipped with its' own Smart TV, linens, pillows, ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a crib for infants. Bedroom 1 has a twin over full bunkbed, a single daybed, and a remote workstation with monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunkbed and a single bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a King bed. The living area has two sofas and a 55" HD Smart TV. The indoor dining table seats 8. The breakfast table seats 2. The outdoor dining table seats 6. All dinnerware, glassware, cookware included in the kitchen. Cleaning supplies also included.
Guest access
The entire house is accessible to our guests including the 2-car garage. There is also plenty of parking in the driveway and the street and this property can easily accommodate 6 cars right in front of the house. The master closet is locked to the guests and used as a supply closet.
Other things to note
Each bedroom includes a TV with subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, Peacock, Paramount+, Hulu, and PureFlix. Nespresso pods are provided as a gift and more can be made available upon request. The house contains a full kitchen equipped with all the necessities, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cleaning supplies, etc. It is set up to feel like your home away from home!
Pets are allowed under some circumstances. Host approval and an additional pet cleaning fee will be required prior to booking so please send inquiry before booking.
Just ~1 mile East on Hwy 58 you will find the Rosedale Commons strip mall area which includes a few grocery stores and gas stations, a multitude of fast food and sit down restaurants, a few bars, a dine in movie theatre, and much more.

Perfect stay for multiple families
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and well taken care of. The hair was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. We had a few small families stay here and the layout of the house was perfect for separate sleeping quarters, but also gathering in the main areas and pool. Neighborhood was great with a park close by. Very happy with our stay and would recommend the home to any family to come visit!

Hockey family trip
We had a great time. This house is perfect for families. 6 adults 6 kids 4 girls 2 boys. Everyone had their own rooms. More family that lives in Bakersfield came for breakfast 17 all together and had pleanty of room. Will rent again for sure.

Excellent stay for a group of co workers while working in Shafter. Possibly will be returning in the near future again. Will definitely use again. House was perfect for 6 people. Other than having only few dishware everything was spot on no complaints from me.
