Very disappointing stay. We booked for the pool and “hot tub,” but both were unusable. The hot tub is not heated, & the pool had bugs/mites that caused itching & bites.Cleanliness was unacceptable: black mold in the shower, bedding was visibly soiled with dirty spots & hair from the last renter, & dishes/silverware were not clean. Supplies only covered one night (towels, toiletries, paper goods, laundry soap) despite a 7-night stay for 7 people. The listing is misleading, especially regarding the backyard amenities. For over 2,000, this was a poor value—we would have been better off in a hotel.I’m still itching from the bites I got in the pool. Would not recommend.
