I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back again!

You book with them, but when you turn up your room is not available and you have to settle for a lot lesser room, or cancel and wander the streets looking elsewhere. The staff were nice and friendly but the way the hotel works and the way they will take bookings when the room you try to book is not available is very wrong. We booked the Panoramic 2 bed apartment with Balcony but got 1 night in a very ordinary hotel room and another in a unpleasant apartment.

L’unica cosa buona e’ la posizione centrale nella città vecchia di Baku, per il resto scomodo da raggiungere. Camera con upgrade “de luxe” veramente insufficiente, bagno scomodissimo e malandato. Tutto l’hotel avrebbe bisogno di una profonda ristrutturazione. Colazione presso un’altra struttura adiacente, circa 50 metri, ma di scarsa qualità. Personalmente non lo consiglio.

Останавливались в этом отеле на выходных и остались очень довольны. Месторасположение отличное — прямо в центре города, что идеально для прогулок по Старому городу и осмотра достопримечательностей. Номера чистые, уютные, с хорошей мебелью. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда готов помочь. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный, каждый день что-то новое. Атмосфера в отеле приятная, спокойно, уютно. Если хотите провести время в центре города с комфортом, это отличное место для проживания!
