Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
The apt pictures advertised are not the same as the apt you get. We were told that the plumbing in the advertised apt was broken. Two days prior to check-in, I got pictures of two apts and was asked to pick one. The apt I picked was not clean and was smelly, TV was broken (was not even connected). Not all of the items listed were offered. Only WiFi is provided. Towels had some stains. Kitchen was in bad shape w a one/two overused pots. The transportation from/to the airport was good. The location of the apt we occupied was convenient.
