Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When we arrived at the hotel, Manager told us they are full. They sent us to another hotel with bad condition. It was really late late and we were really tired. We had no resource but to accept the condition. Room was quiet though. And breakfast was OK.
