Balatonberény: Beautiful, cosy semi-detached house "Ruby 1", built in 1999, renovated in 2005. On the outskirts, 250 m from the lake. Private: well-kept garden 200 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (12 m2, depth 90 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. and 15.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning. Available: bicycles (2). Grocery, restaurant 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 250 m, public bathing area 1.2 km. Please note: fishing [permit required].
5-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, modern and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Heating. Upper floor: gallery with air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace 14 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Sehr schöne Unterkunft

War eine super Unterkunft. Man muss auch bedenken es ist Ungarn. Sonst alles sauber und Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich. Wir werden wieder dort hin fahren.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Das Objekt entspricht den Fotos, de Einrichtung ist aufeinander abgestimmt und sauber. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Matratzen im EG Schlafzimmer müssten ausgetauscht werden, WLan wäre toll und ein Duschvorhang für das Bad mit Badewanne. Ansonsten guter Service; der Vermieter schaut nach Pool und Objekt und es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner erreichbar bei Fragen oder Problemen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wer mag findet einen Einstieg in den Balaton bereits in 300m Entfernung. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wohlfühlurlaub

Sauberes und gepflegtes Objekt, Vermieter kümmert sich mehrmals wöchentlich um den Pool. Grill vorhanden, Liegen und Stuhlauflagen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist abgestimmt und in gutem Zustand. Einzig die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer im EG müssten Mal ausgetauscht werden und ein Duschvorhang im Badezimmer mit Badewanne wäre gut. Die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt. Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wer mag findet in 300m einen Einstieg in den See. W-Lan wäre noch toll gewesen. Bei Problemen oder Fragen stand immer jemand zur Verfügung.

Dom jak w opisie. Duży minus za plażę odległa o ponad kilometr i bardzo niewygodne materace. Bardzo czysto, basen czyszczony co drugi dzień.

Ruim , net huis aan het Balatonmeer.

Huis netjes en ruim. Zwembad(je) netjes maar zou beter in de tuin tussen de twee woningen liggen .Gemeenschappelijk gebruik ging ten koste van onze privacy . Behalve in de grote slaapkamer boven hadden alle overige bedden slechte matrassen ! Locatie was goed , op wandelafstand van het meer , winkel en restaurant (15 à 20 min.)
