The studio is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2022, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location. For shared use, the following are available: sunshade, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing seat and courtyard.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. All windows and external doors are secured with fly screens.
