The detached holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2015, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the village centre. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 510 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
