The property is situated in a quiet residential area just out of Balchik - one of the most picturesque cities on the Black Sea coast and only 29 km to Varna.     Sintria Court Premium "Level A" contains of one-bedroom duplexes situated at the 1st & 2d floors of the 4-storeys building. My apartment (73 sqm) has the author`s design and decoration, is fully furnitured, has its personal entrance and covered terrace. It`s good for up to 6 pers. Level A has the access from both lower and upper courts; stairway to the panoramic roof is on the upper court.
