"I booked two double queen rooms for my family of four. My daughters shared one room and were in heaven. From the friendly valet staff to the professional and welcoming front desk team to the barman, the place felt welcoming and well run. The rooms were clean and the coffee great. What more do you need?"
Residence Inn by Marriott Portsmouth Downtown/ Waterfront
10/10 Excellent
"The breakfast had all kinds of goodies. Oatmeal, with several toppings to choose from. The hot menu seems to change from day to day. We were there for a week, had eggs & bacon one day, then sausage patties and links the next. They surprised me on day 4 by having spinach quiche! Cereals, juice, breads, ect. also available. Coffee, tea, & hot cocoa 24/7. Our suite had everything we needed. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat. Bathroom has FULL SIZE shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Heated indoor pool! Oh, and what really made us book here: Dog friendly!!
I really have no complaints about our stay BUT the parking situation. $45/day valet, meters, or parking garage? Booo! But I'll still stay here again!"
