"Excellent stay. We stayed as family of 4 in the two queen bed room. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Just a fyi, the "balcony" is a shared common space so it's not private but nice to have a view of the river. My kids did the kayaking and had a great time on the calm peaceful river. Every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and looked happy to be there- that stood out to me. The breakfast is basic (apples/bananas, toast/bagels, cereals and two hot foods eggs and sausage, along with prepackaged oatmeal etc.)."

"We had never been to the Meadowmere. It struck me as a mid-century resort. I felt the room we had, 2nd floor of The Pines building, had been tastefully updated. I only interacted with the front desk and they were nice, in spite of an irate woman there when I was who refused to be happy about anything. I was worried that there might be noise from other guests, but the AC was so loud I couldn’t hear anything. That was a good thing for me. Slept great. We were only there one night. Very walkable to town. We had reservations at The Front Porch."
