    Like-new 4BR coastal cottage built in 2020, perfectly located just moments from South Beach access and an easy walk to Maritime Market shops and dining. This light-filled home features an open-concept main level with a spacious living area, gourmet kitchen with granite island, stainless steel appliances, and a pantry—ideal for entertaining or family meals.

    The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, TV, workspace, and a spa-style bath with a walk-in glass shower and double vanity. Upstairs includes two king bedrooms (one with a private ensuite), a kids' room with two twin beds, and an additional full bathroom. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

    Enjoy true indoor/outdoor living with a welcoming front porch, screened-in porch with seating and dining, and an open deck featuring outdoor dining, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Two golf carts (6-passenger + 4-passenger) are included, making beach days and island exploring effortless.
