The first level sitting and sleeping area contains a separate room complete with table and chairs easily accommodating games or laptops. Stepping outside from the first floor you will find a double outdoor shower, hammock, picnic table and a private boardwalk to the beach.

The second floor grand living area captures miles of ocean views, has ample space for gathering, features a mini-bar area and is immaculately furnished. The chef quality kitchen features top of the line appliances, a pantry and is well stocked with everything you or your private chef will need to make delicious meals. An office is located beside the kitchen, perfect for anyone that needs a place to work, plan the day's activities or stay in touch with the mainland world. A primary suite and guest bedroom both connected to private full baths are located on the second level of the home. A second en suite primary bedroom is located on the third level. Both primary suites have amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Friday-Friday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 4:30pm property check-in and 10:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 4:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 10:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.
