Royal James upper unit, sleeps 6 with loft + 2 Golf Carts & Pool, close to beach. This 2nd story condominium, located in the heart of BHI’s maritime forest, has been recently remodeled, newly furnished and beautifully decorated. BHI Club available, Golf available (extra fee).
Property highlights: • Centrally located on the island, making it minutes away from the beaches, Clubs, golf course, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, BHI Conservancy Center, shopping, the marina, 3 salt water tidal creeks, and more! • Well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and full cookware • Comfortable dining and living room spaces with plenty of seating • 2 full bathrooms (1 walk-in shower / 1 shower/tub combo) • Sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and there are 2 Twin beds in the loft. • 2 fully furnished balconies for you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. One overlooks BHI Club golf course hole #14 and lake, and the other overlooks the community pool open to all Royal James’ guests. • All bed, bath, and pool/beach linens are included. • Two golf carts are included: two 4-seater carts. Lithium ion batteries • BHI Club Guest memberships are available and sold separately. *Note* All Guest Memberships are purchased directly from the Club and often sell out quickly during the summer and holidays. We recommend you purchase your Guest Memberships as soon as your vacation rental reservation is confirmed. Property owners cannot answer any Club questions or purchase the memberships for you. With a wonderful time staying at the Mariners retreat! Location was great. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were very complete. Nearby beach was very convenient plus wildlife overlooks and nature walks nearby. Also two golf carts provided which was a great way to get around the island! Definitely would stay here again.
A really great location. Communication was quick and on point with Dawn! The 2 golf carts worked great for our group of 6. Place was clean and spacious enough for all of us! They had everything we needed. Would 100% stay again!

This property was super clean, and we loved its central island location. The two included golf carts made it easy to get around to the beach, club, restaurants, etc. We will be back!
Everything we needed was there and in working order. We enjoyed the location, central to the island, the golf carts were well maintained, plenty of towels provided, quality washer/dryer.
The pool was great after a day at the beach (but the property association should consider redoing the wooden deck, it is a splinter hazard)

Had a wonderful time on BHI; the condo was terrific. Very open and spacious - and relaxing! The owners were wonderful to work with - we even had a laugh about a "missing" cart, but they were responsive through it all! Carts, beach chairs, towels - everything you need to enjoy the beach, so it was a relief to leave mostly everything at home. Looking forward to coming back!
we chose this condo based on ratings and not needing a whole house for my Husband and I ALTHOUGH… this condo would house an entire family just fine!
The condo itself is very clean and updated. The Neighborhood is peaceful. We saw lots of deer near the entrance of the neighborhood almost every time we road through! The owners were very accommodating and easily contacted. 10 out of 10 recommend. We would def stay here again.
Our family of 4 felt right at home in this cozy home. The top floor views of the fern covered tree tops, great sun deck, cozy beds, modern kitchen and furnishings were fully enjoyed. Hosts were easy to communicate with throughout our 7 night stay. Easy golf cart ride or bike ride (great bikes) to the beaches. Would love to return!

The condo was fabulous. We had a great three night stay. Place has everything you need and the owners were always quick to respond to answer questions. Would definitely book again….
