Amazing warm welcome from IBRAHIM at the check in who made everything easy and smooth for me with a big smile! Service was just outstanding! Then the warm welcome continues in the room finding chocolate fruits etc .. and very attentive staff at the breakfast the next morning helping out with a last minute one for me. Effye was also super nice and helpful and very accommodating!
