"The area the resort is located is beautiful. It is a five star, but the building needs paint & the rooms need a bit of attention. ie rust in tub, drain not flowing properly. The staff are friendly & very attentive!"

"This charming surf town was perfect! We loved the gorgeous, large beaches and the stunning views of the Atlantic. It was ideal for our family—the men loved the local golf courses, while the ladies enjoyed biking around and exploring town."

"The hotel.com listing states that there are laundry facilities onsite. This is incorrect. We had to drive across town to a laundromat to do our laundry."

"The location is great - walking distance to surf and restaurants, the space in the room we stayed in was good and had a private balcony and the common areas were generally clean. A couple of strange things - for somewhere that is a "shared house"/hostel type the people who work/"hosts" were very unfriendly, there were 2 females who wouldn't even acknowledge us during our stay (walking into the kitchen and wouldn't even make eye contact or make conversation - mind you I commented on their food looking/smelling good and they didn't even respond). However, I will say there were 2 men who were likely higher management or owners who were very nice and offered to get our bedding and towels changed. The other strange thing is there was a boy who was sleeping on the couch every night, like he wasn't officially staying in a room there, but was just sleeping in the common area couch - strange and as someone who is paying to stay, didn't really love that.
