* note* there are two other rental chalets on the property (The Robins Nest & The Eagles Nest) that are each rented seperately BUT if more space is needed can be rented together!
10 foot ceilings throughout with lots of natural light coming through the Many widows and skylights.
The chalet is outfitted with luxurious and unique retro furnishings including cow hide rug, leather couch, 50’s barber chair and antique ski decor.
Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with top of the line luxury appliances including professional gas range, dishwasher, bottom mount fridge, Haden toaster, coffee maker, kettle, magic bullet etc.
Bedroom has a luxury king sized bed with exposed closet and dresser for storage. Enjoy watching a movie in bed on your Samsung smart tv on those lazy days.
Stunning bathroom has a rainfall 10ft shower, 65” double vanity and a full sized gas washer dryer. NEVER RUN OUT OF HOT WATER WITH THE GAS INSTANT HOT WATER HEATER.
Living room is outfitted with an Italian leather sofa and 1950’s barber chair.
Extra sleeping space for two guests on the incredibly comfortable blow up mattress.
Spend your days on the MASSIVE covered cedar deck.
Multiple seating options including designer out door couch and rocking chairs, expandable 80” dining table and designer dining chairs.

CAMPERS, TRAILERS AND TENTS
we do not allow additional guests to stay on the property in campers, trailers, tents or any other temporary structures. Only registered guests are permitted to attend the property unless otherwise arranged with the owner/host
Please Note : This chalet is attached to our storage garage. You may see maintenance or cleaning staff in the vicinity from time to time during business hours.

LOCATION
We are located on a picturesque 20 acres property perched on the side of the mountain overlooking Kootenay lake, Harrop / Proctor and offering spectacular views of the Selkirk mountains. Hiking, mountain biking and various other outdoor activities are just at your door step.
Enjoy great snowmobiling in the winter and ziplining in the summer. We are within 10 mins of beautiful beaches for relaxing and swimming. Rent a paddle board or kayak and explore the waters of our beautiful area.
When guests book with us an extensive local guide and welcome guide are sent over to help you plan an incredible and memorable stay!

NELSON-20-25 MINS - Enjoy the scenic route beside Kootenay lake driving to and from the city center of nelson, where you will find many incredible restaurants, cafes, artisanal stores, live music venues, multiple weekly markets and loads more! happy to offer our recommendations.
BALFOUR & KOOTENAY FERRY -5 MINS - Enjoy the spectacular journey across our beautiful lake to Crawford bay. It is the longest free ferry in the world and is definitely worth the trip.
AINSWORTH HOT SPRINGS - 15-20 MINS - Head to the hot springs for a little relaxation in their natural mountain water fed cave. Relax and let the hot mineral water melt away your pain after a long day of activities. Don't forgot to enjoy dinner at their restaurant the Ktunaxa grill. The mussels are out of this world served on a sizzling platter with fresh bannock!
WHITEWATER SKI RESORT - 45 MINS - World class skiing is not far away. Considered a backcountry ski / snowboarders dream, the powder at White water is epic. Part of the famous powder highway, a trip to Whitewater should not be missed. Boasting over 1200cm (40 ft) of snow a year and a vertical of over 2000ft a full season could be spent there carving up the terrain.
KASLO - 30 MINS - Known as little Switzerland, this quaint town hosts one amazing Jazz festival.
Check out the paddle wheeler museum, one of the original ferries on Kootenay lake or head to the back country for some untouched epic terrain.
