"Beautiful and clean with all the amenities. The pool and design is sleek and an amazing area to spend your days. The beach is a private direct access! This is special for this area because many of the resorts are separated by a street. We stayed in a basic room and it was still lovely. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so KIND! You can walk from the resort to the city easily or there are also public buses. We didn’t do the included dinner and I ended up loving this decision as it allowed us to enjoy our days at the resort and explore a bit to new restaurants in the evening. WOULD RECOMMEND!!"

Manager Manos runs around all day making sure everything is running smoothly in all areas to taking orders, clearing off plates efficiently, booking dinner reservations, etc all with a bubbling smile. "Really an exceptional property! I was very impressed, from the friendly staff to the beauty of the rooms and amenities! Honestly the staff makes this hotel about 20 times better than most other resorts I’ve been to, they are willing to go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be! The resort itself is beautiful, little pools everywhere with cabanas and comfy lounge chairs scattered. The beach area is pristine with umbrellas and a lovely bar that serves you at the push of a button. The food was phenomenal! You don’t even have to leave for any reason if you don’t want to, they have everything you need! Even a gym, daily yoga and shows at the pool bar! I highly enjoyed my stay and will be back! "

"The apartment hotel is a new building in a suburban residential area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a good restaurant called Brothers nearby which serves gyros and other Greek meals and is frequented by locals. There is a mini mart and a couple of bakeries as well on the same street. There is ample street parking so it is a good location for those renting vehicles to explore Crete. We visited Knossos and Matala Beach but did not have time to visit the Old Town of Heraklion. Highly recommend this lodging."

"Fantastic holiday, wonderful cocktails, lovely sunsets, delicious food and everything was included in the all inclusive package (cocktails, fine dining restaurant, Asian restaurant, Italian, agreco farm dine out option which we unfortunately didn’t have time for, crepes and waffles, ice creams). Nice and quiet, calm, relaxing holiday. Staff very friendly and helpful too! Make sure to book restaurants on the app before you arrive (or WhatsApp the concierge was a unique perk) , and unfortunately we went out of peak season so no white parties etc but the bar was still lively and nice music every evening "
