"The staff were. All friendly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay from suggesting places to see and taking us to the neighbor’s to see a small farm cooking a special lunch for us from the produce of the farm!!! They certainly made our stay feel like a home"

"Huge shout out to the staff at the seres resort and spa. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and treated you like royalty from the day you came in up until the day you left. The resort was very clean and safe and quiet. I went for a solo trip for my bday and they did such a good job at making me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing them to stay for my bday. Special shout out to Devi and Eri who sat with me on my bday and talked with me and suprised me with cake and singing. Will be planning my next trip again here real soon. But I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for beautiful views, quiet vibes, and safe atmosphere."

The surroundings are fantastically green and beautiful. Small, intimate and a really good experience. A good place to really slow down. The scenery feels incredibly authentic. "The first, middle and last thing you will observe here is the friendliness and kindness of the staff. The natural beauty throughout the resort is woven with such care that every stroll is a communion with nature. The manager was quick to address and meet our need to change cottages. And all just a short Grab ride from the heart of Ubud. The pool area was a sanctuary and all areas blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings."

"Amazing stay at Sthala for 3 nights! Located a bit outside the noisy and busy ubud centre you get your own slice of jungle paradise in this hotel which has basically everything you could ask for - gym, spa, amazing rooftop bar and restaurant with huge breakfast buffet and beautiful views of sunset for the daily happy hour on the rooftop bar! All the staff we met went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone in ubud looking for good accomodation. There is also multiple shuttles a day for free that run between ubud centre and the hotel, approx 30-50min depending on traffic!"
