The room is pretty big but the furniture needs to be updated, side tables were broken, shower was broken and it had a weird broken tile in the middle, need some cleaning, don’t get a room next to the street, the bars are always making noise and I couldn’t sleep during my stay

Das Personal war, entsprechend der Auslastung, sehr unmotiviert, aber dennoch ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Hotel als solches ist da eher der Grund für unsere Enttäuschung, der Zustand lässt doch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Drei Sterne ist eins, aber kaputte/fehlende Fliesen, daher zum Teil scharfe Kanten, auch im und am Pool. Im Pool fehlt eine Abdeckung an der Absaugung! Hohe Unfallgefahr!!! Also wir haben im gleichen Standard schon besseres für weniger gesehen. Wir sind an und für sich nicht pingelig, aber hier herrscht Nachholbedarf. Frühstück lieber ausserhalb, sehr, sehr eingeschränktes Angebot. Schade, ist aber alles machbar.

Fan wasn’t working in the room, had a small mobile fan to compensate but not enough with the heat and only the door that can be open to circulate the air. Sheets and towels with stains. Itchiness after sleeping in the bed. Dead cockroaches around the hotel public area.

Central placement in kuta but very dirty. Dead cockroaches under the bed and sheets with stains. Would not recomend this place.

Very disappointing, nothing like the photos , pool was good rooms were disgusting only have the one room you would rate 2.5 star , immediately checked out and went elsewhere . Definitely would not recommend this place , smelt , bedding looked as if it come from granmas bed , looked dirty , Rooms be ok to use as a dog kennel only

Nothing is good about this hotel. Staff are rude. They don’t even understand english. I booked a superior room and it the rest room is bad and room is smelling as it is smoked. So I upgraded room to deluxe which is the highest level of room available in this hotel. In my deluxe room phone is not working, No proper continuous wifi, all the bath towels are very dirty.

An oasis in Legian street

The hotel is family owned oasis in the very busy Legian street. When leaving the street entering the hotel garden it is suddenly quiet. No nosie at all from the surroundings just some birds singing in small cages. There is a little pool surrounded by trees and flowers. The hotel has 80 rooms and in the garden are some bungalows. The standard is simple and the rooms are clean. The staff is lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is ok and you can even have lunch and dinner there. The reception can help with transports and tours. The place is a perfect stay for handling the jetlag and getting used to the weather. We have now started three Indonesian holidays with some days at Simpang Inn!

Nur geeignet für Partygänger

Zimmer war optisch okay, Badezimmer der blanke Horror (hatten aber auch die günstigste Variante). Lärmschutz Fehlanzeige. Wurden nachts von verschiedenen Bars und Clubs in kuta beschallt (einige quasi nebenan). Der Pool war sehr schön und tagsüber richtig idyllisch dort. Zum Frühstück gabs Hühnersuppe

This place was a disgrace. It was FILTHY. Bathroom dirty, walls dirty, towels and linen dirty, BEDBUGS. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Only good thing was location. Staff was helpful.
