"The room was clean and well maintained, making the stay comfortable from the moment I checked in. The staff deserves special appreciation — they are extremely courteous, polite, and genuinely warm. Most of them are from the neighboring village, and their hospitality felt far more sincere and heartfelt than what you often experience in many high-end 5-star or even so-called 7-star hotels. The food was another highlight — excellent quality, freshly prepared, and made using pure ingredients. You can truly feel the authenticity and care in every meal. Safari bookings can be conveniently arranged once you reach Jawai, which makes planning much easier. A special mention to Mr. Pukhraj, who is very humble and helpful; the rest of the staff also reflects the same respectful and welcoming attitude. That said, this is a lodge, not a luxury resort. If you are someone who specifically looks for 5-star or 7-star properties with jacuzzis, ultra-luxury amenities, and a resort-style experience, this may not be the right choice for you. However, if you value cleanliness, authentic hospitality, great food, and a peaceful stay close to nature, this place is absolutely worth it."
