"we loved the location and the hotel facilities. Breakfast buffet and the restaurant on top floor were good. We had elderly parent with us and they found it very difficult to walk up and down stairs for buffet about 3 flight of stairs. otherwise would recommend. "

Using produce grown in their own garden alongside the best of what the region offers, each element is crafted with care and quality. Freshly baked breads, artisanal cheeses, house-made cherry and strawberry jams, decadent cakes (yes, a different homemade cake every morning!), and antipasti like olives and semi-dried tomatoes — it’s an experience unto itself. Honestly, the breakfast alone is worth the stay. Then there’s the view. The hotel overlooks a tranquil valley dotted with ancient cave dwellings and historic ruins. I often found myself torn between exploring Cappadocia or staying put just to soak in the serenity. Originally, I saw Cappadocia as a once-in-a-lifetime destination — something to check off the list.
