Everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The hospitality was also wonderful. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. We truly felt comfortable throughout our stay. If you're looking for a unique place to stay and want to experience the charm of a cave suite, I highly recommend Potamia Cave Suites. "The owner of the Hotel Emre is really great. He help us on every step in our stay. He help us to do the air balloon tour, to get to Goreme for shopping and they even help me to fix my selfie stick which I broke. My husband is allergic to garlic and he got seek before getting to Capadoccia and he help us with medicine and gave us an excellent service with all the staff. We really recommend this hotel since above all the things it has a wonderful view of the ballon’s in the early morning and the castle is just 10 min walk."

"The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Do not pass this place up. Fatma are her sister are some the kindest people we’ve met. We had a family vacation with our toddler here and stayed in the Sultan suite. Absolutely beautiful and clean with an amazing view and cool cave patio. Everyday Fatma or her sisters make the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever had! Only about a 10 minute drive to Goreme and 5 minute drive to Red Valley. Thank you Fatma and your sister for such lovely hospitality. I hope we can return again soon."
