"My husband and I decided to take a break from our normal routine and enjoy a weekend staycation in Alpharetta, and once again, Hotel Avalon exceeded our expectations. This was our second time staying here, and both experiences have been exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant décor, spotless rooms, and impeccable attention to detail throughout the property. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and creates a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. What truly sets Hotel Avalon apart is the outstanding customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. Their hospitality made us feel valued and appreciated from the moment we arrived. The location is also unbeatable, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway without leaving town. It’s rare to find a hotel where everything consistently exceeds expectations, but Hotel Avalon has done exactly that for us—twice.
