"Wonderful place to stay."

"Fantastic property.. lovely owners .. would definitely stay there again "

"We were late for check in but staff were very helpful. Very clean room with a kitchen and excellent view of the lake from the room."

"Having an electrical outlet on only one side of the bed is ridiculous. There should be at least an extension cord for the other side. Other than that, the room was perfectly adequate. Water pressure was a little low."

"Absolutely stunning place!!! The rooms are huge, the property itself is simply breath taking. Staff are the best!!! A must-stay when visiting the highlands."

"Fantastic staff and great sitting and bar. Awesome view of harbor and easy walk into town and ferry. Great breakfast and dinner as well."

"This property is exactly as described. It was clean and cozy and so peaceful. The Cow Hill Circular trail is accessible via Angus crescent which is a short walk away. Parking is included which was wonderful. We had a car which made going to town centre very easy, but you could walk (it would be steep uphill getting back) but doable. There also seemed to many buses as well. This felt like a country retreat."

"Probably one of the best B&B's we have stayed in. Highly recommend."

"It was somwhere yo rest after a long day"

"Lovely location across from the waterfront with a short walk to restaurants and easy parking."

"The big nitpick for is lack of parking. Unless you're strictly staying overnight and leaving first thing in the morning you have to pay. It's kind of cheap but it's the principle of already paying for a room."
