"Such a fab family-run hotel. So friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean although the carpet was not very nice. We were told on checking out (without being prompted) that it is being replaced this year. The restaurant is wonderful with THE BEST garlic bread I’ve ever had. We loved this place so much we’ve rebooked for next year. Parking was easy and free. Can’t wait to come back"
"Our Hosts were wonderful and made sure that we had a very enjoyable experience.
We only went to Stanthorpe for one night away from home, but it was a great for us to enjoy such hospitality. The common areas had Tea, coffee and drinking chocolate available to use unrestricted. We could get comfortable and relax.
This is something a B and B offers above a motel room.
There is a large 4 bay covered Parking area behind and to the side of the verandah which is much appreciated and right beside the stairs to the Verandah which leads to the hallway. We were served a very generous Full Breakfast of locally procured ingredients.
Having travelled and stayed at B and B, s and Motels in the United Kingdom and Singapore, my wife and I have to applaud Shelley and Andrew for providing an excellent stay. Being located only a four-minute drive to the heart of town it is very quiet during the night as it is off the main thoroughfare."
"The room was clean and tidy on arrival. The room was like a trip back the 80’s, very dared but in good condition.
The lady at reception was friendly and helpful.
The complementary breakfast was nice, plenty to eat.
All in all it was a good stay, plenty to see in the area"
"The property is unique. Oh so quiet!! Nathan was a fantastic host. The view from the cabin over the vineyard was so relaxing. We sat on the verandah late afternoon and early morning and watched the kangaroos in the far paddock. It was a quick walk to the cellar door for wine tasting at The Clever Kids Wines. We enjoyed every one of them. The cabins are supplied with everything you could possibly need as well as a surprise welcome pack of a bottle of wine and nibbles.
This is a 10 out of 10 place to stay. Oh and how could I forget to mention the charming goats. Absolutely love this place."
"After our experience at our last accommodation (that we left early from) this was a breath of fresh air. Helpful staff, clean well maintained, and colourful rooms. It made us happy just to be in the place."
"My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this cute cottage. Nothing like enjoying a nice wine in front of fire on a cool evening while watching the spectacular sunset over the hills."
