"The staff were very helpful and hospitable being a cold and wet day apon arrival staff already had the heating on in our room. The room was very clean and comfortable"

"Property location, heating, room size and beds were good with kitchenette. Blinds let too much light in, fuse kept tripping when using kettle and hot water system or air con, room appeared to have water damage and shower head was loose and impractical with door not sealing properly so water leaked through to bathroom floor."
