Good for solo traveler

Had a nice spot to stay that way only 5 mins from the festival. It was good accomodations for one or two guests to stay. The only thing is the room was in the back area so when I arrived at night there was no lighting to find it when I first arrived and also the shower didn't have hot water which I got use to since it was really hot outside during the day. Other than that it was the perfect location and host for my experience out in Costa Rica and I appreciate the accommodations I received. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Quiet and cool

My partner and I were working on a large project at all hours and wanted a place to sleep off site. This place was cool and quiet, and let us sleep during the day after some graveyard shifts. Host was super responsive and helpful, and the other guests and neighbors were awesome. Not fancy, by any means, but it fit the bill for our needs at a time when accomodations in Uvita were very hard to come by.

Pictures Don't Reflect Listing

Property was decent. Only bath towels given, no wash cloths or hand towels. No shower curtain. Shower/Toilet/Sink all one open area (I'd ask for pics of Bathroom). Hot water was delivered with an attachment to shower head with exposed electrical wires run above (talk about electrical hazard and possible electrocution). Would not stay here again.

Am besten nicht über Expedia buchen, da der Inhaber die Unterkunft hier nicht selber angeboten hat. Der Inhaber war aber sehr freundlich und hat uns trotzdem übernachten lassen. Auch die anderen (Langzeit-) Bewohner waren super freundlich und offen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend und sauber. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca. 20 Minuten.
