Reasonably priced and the reception staff were polite and friendly. Close to a small centre that offers a variety of foods and drinks. Bed was comfortable and the room was quite large. The stairs that lead to the upper rooms are not well lit and are an accident waiting to happen.

Easy parking, fantastic reception on arrival and the facilities are great. Clean and big bedroom and bathroom. Exceeding expectations for the good price per night. Extremely quiet and comfortable. I will never stay anywhere else in Dubbo in future but here😊
