Quarterdeck 18 - Beachfront Apartment

Positioned on the Lennox Point escarpment is this two-bedroom apartment with spectacular views of Seven Mile Beach to Broken Head and further along to views of the light house of Byron Bay. This property is a ground floor apartment and has access to the grassed area down to the beach.

Facilities within the complex for you to enjoy are the sparkling pool, tennis court and barbecue area, and you are in walking distance to shops and restaurants within Lennox village. Quarterdeck 18 is a light and airy apartment, with ocean views throughout. There are two bedrooms, both with ceiling fans. The master room has a queen bed, ocean views and ensuite and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also another standalone bathroom.

The open plan lounge/dining area opens onto a lovely outdoor deck, where you can sit back with a glass of wine and appreciate the stunning view. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking up a feast and the cosy lounge is perfect for enjoying a book and looking out to the ocean.

The apartment is just moments to the beach, and all that Lennox village has to offer - including restaurants, cafes and boutiques. This property has a single garage and off-street parking. You are also welcome to use the facilities of the complex, including the pool, tennis court and BBQ area.

My short stay at Quarterdeck 18 was just perfect. Great accomodation in an idyllic location. Lennox Head had everything you could ask for.

We enjoyed the location of the property- it had everything we needed for our stay although some areas are showing their age. kitchen, bathrooms and blinds. Also, may I suggest a console table or dresser would be great in the bedroom as there is nowhere to put things but on the floor. We were there for 10 nights so we would have liked to put things somewhere. It was close to walk to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed being able to ride our bikes all the way to Ballina on a safe path that was just in front of the unit. Although the place was advertised with a lock up garage we were unable to get our car in - the circulation area in the drive was way too tight to manoeuvre our average size vehicle in. We did use it for our bikes so that was ok. I would suggest some comfortable seating for the patio. We did enjoy our time there and would recommend the location. Thank you.

One of Lennox Head's best locations

18 Quarterdeck has an incomparable position in Lennox Head. Outstanding views, a lovely short walk to the beach, and 10 minutes walk to the village and restaurants. It was very peaceful and quiet- just the sound of the waves and birds. It's perfect for families with kids, with a large grassy area in front of the Quarterdeck complex where they can play safely, and close to the sheltered swimming beach that's ideal for small children and less adventurous adults. The unit was spacious and had the best hot shower I've ever had in my life. The beds were comfortable too. We are regular Lennox Head visitors and this was the nicest holiday we've ever had. We all had a wonderful time and hope to return before too long.

Well appointed and spacious unit. Quiet position with nice aspect and view. Cupboards and fittings in kitchen and bathrooms a little tired and dishwasher not working.

Cleaning was superficial if you are allergic to dust a stay at this property would be issue. Main bathroom window rusty unable to open, so mould on bathroom tiles in shower and bath areas. There is steps into the apartment from the main driveway area and steps internal in two areas not shown on site photos. Key code text to us incorrect, required going back to real estate agent to obtain correct code.Property is rated at a 3/5 ar best.

A comfy, well set out and lovely unit it to relax in for a short get away. Older style apartment but spectacular views and how well equipped it was, it's easy to overlook the little things that use a refurb at some stage in the future.

This has to be one of the best apartments we have stayed in. All the extras are fantastic from the sugar/tea/coffee welcome pack to the cling wrap in the draw. The views are to die for and the apartments is extremely clean would stay again for sure. Thank you.

Amazing Views!

Lovely place to stay with amazing views of the passing whales and pods of dolphins. Great location and easy access to beach. Clean with great amenities including tennis court and pool. Bathrooms are dated but otherwise very pleasant with a great kitchen and laundry. I will definitely be back and recommend the stay to anyone who is looking!
