- Spacious three bedroom single level house located in a quiet residential location, within walking distance to Lighthouse Beach and the Surf Club in East Ballina. This location is perfect for enjoying the surf at the nearby beach, but is also closely located to the protected Shaw's Bay, which is an ideal swimming spot for young children.
There are spectacular bike rides or walks to be enjoyed along the many bike paths and a number of great cafes and eating spots just a short walk away. The three-bedroom house, with two queens and one room with two single beds, the house has a spacious enclosed backyard and is fully air-conditioned, providing comfort all year round. There are also two bathrooms and two living areas, so plenty of space for entertaining family and friends.
