"Check-in was easy & room was clean. Room is in need of some updating—paint, stained carpet, etc, but it is clean, spacious & a beautiful view. Dinner & service at The Dock was awful for the price. My shrimp was not a lime scampi, but frozen fried tough shrimp. Server was unfriendly and the food for the price was horrendous. Complete waste of money. Aldo sells better frozen shrimp I am sure. Location is beautiful & overall hotel is nice. Just don’t eat here."

"Stay on reception and breakfast were outstanding. The restaurant and best no so accommodating some nights (kitchen is closed on a Thursday apparently and the rest the time closes pretty early too. Hotel very overpriced though. "

"We were in the cabin behind the main property and it was so quiet and lovely. The rain on the roof while we were sitting on our little front porch was magical! The mattress left something to be desired but that was my only concern."

"Everything good if you can find the hotel which is hidden away in deep country. I thought we were going to have to sleep in our car when failing to find the hotel late at night ! We were saved by a lady that I asked for help and she VERY KINDLY took us. All the way there in the dark !! "
