"This place was so charming from the minute we pulled in. They gave you infused hot towels and cookies at check-in. NO ELEVATOR!!!! I do not like that hotels do not keep their restaurants open, as was the case for us. It was a Sunday. The beds were great, pool was great, desk help was great. Phillys down the street had great food. Free parking! What a nice change of pace from the ordinary hotel room!"

"At check-in, the front desk employee offered to change my reservation from a two queen bed to a king bed room, so I could be close to the elevator at the front door instead of way in the back of the property. I thought that was very thoughtful and considerate of me as a guest."

"I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it was getting pretty run down. New owners have taken over and it seems to have really improved. Fresh paint, better lighting outside and no trash! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean"

"I was in Saratoga Springs for one night to see a concert with friends at SPAC. There were 8 of us staying here and we all loved it. The property is either new or newly rennovated. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the common areas are beautiful and a great place for a group to gather. The best part of the stay was that the staff was super accommodating and helped us have the best time ever. I highly recommend this property. "
