Wyndham Hotels hotels in Ballston Spa, New York

"Be careful of signage for this hotel. We arrived around 3pm, never been here before. The Tru sign from the road was visible and then the next sign isn't so clear in the daylight hours. The part you can't see if the arrow telling you to keep going straight. Instead we pull in, par and unload. Wait in lobby to be seen by front desk only to find out that isn't the right hotel, its the building behind this one. OK, fine....but then when we go to the front desk at Tru, my husband cracks a joke about needing a treasure map to find the hotel and now that we have do we get a prize and the guy behind the counter says no, it's a rite of passage. Omg, you can't even apologize for the poor signage. We obviously aren't the only ones who have commented. Just rude!"

"We loved this particular one… the room was lovely the only thing we noticed is maybe the shower curtains need changing. Other than that it was amazing! "
