Lovely house in a quiet spot. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast choice. Only stayed 1 night but would return if we were in Cavan again.

Golfers - Two Night Stay
We stayed there as we were playing golf at nearby Slieve Russell which is a 4 minute drive away. Really nice room, excellent breakfast and run by a really nice couple so what else is there to say!?

The proprietor was very friendly and breakfast great. However I chose this accomodation as the Wotif site quoted laundry facilities. When I asked about using a dryer I was informed I would need to drive into town and use a commercial premises. I was also disappointed I could make a cup of tea in my room, something that is expected in most accomodation.

Dungimmon House was a perfect choice for our family of 4 to overnight in the area. Nice size room for us, clean and quiet. Prompt and courteous attention from the staff and amazing breakfast to send us on our way.

B&B Cavan
A nice clean place, off the main road to Belturbet, with its own small driveway and parking. The room was clean, and neat. Nice and quiet. Friendly hosts, I'll go again next time I'm that way. A few minutes in a car and your in Belturbet, or Ballyconnel.

Life-savers
Our stay in Dungimmore House was a great experience. We booked very short notice because we could not stay in the house we are renovating. We were welcomed very warmly and even got a vegan breakfast organised despite the bank holiday. A great place to stay, very eco-friendly and brilliant service. Can't recomment enough.

The taxi service from dunguimmon house to Cavan town is shockingly bad! We were waiting nearly 2 hours for a taxi into Cavan town. Otherwise we loved our stay in Dunguimmon house.

Very clean, warm and welcoming. Tea coffee if you want it. Easy to get to and belturbet near. Slieve russel hotel/spar near for a good meal or swim. Id go again.

A perfect place to stay if need a break in journey
We stayed one night as heading back to Dublin. John was most welcoming not only to us but to our our little dog. The place was lovely, clean and quiet that we had a great night's sleep followed by a perfect breakfast.

A very comfortable stay. A warm welcome from the owner who explained all I needed to know about the locality, the facilities and how breakfast works during these strange times! Clean and very comfortable room. Will return when in the area again.

Beautiful house in quiet surroundings. Lovely spacious rooms. Great breakfast with a choice of restaurants for the evening close by. John and his wife are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

There was no one there when we arrived despite having advised what time we would arrive. There was no hot water for showers after a long journey. Room was fine.Breakfast was ok.

I reserved this hotel for my sister on her arrival from Australia. The room was cold and when she went to shower the water also was cold!!! The next morning the water was cold again so she left early. I am extremely disappointed that in this day and age her e oerience of a guest house in Ireland was reminiscent of the days of old when no heating was a ‘given’ in Bnb places. They should have at least had hot water for showers even if the weather was wRm and they were ‘saving’ on the heat! Not impressed at all

Very warm and friendly welcome. Nice premises and grounds and conveniently situated. Good size bedroom and bathroom, but only negative comment would be the cold floors and small bath towels.

Exceptional service
The owners were very helpful. We had a flat tire on our rental care, no phone service on our cells. They called a local tyre store & sent us in to Cavan to have it repaired so we could be on our way to Salthill.

Nice B&B would reccommend
We stayed here as we had a wedding at Slieve Russell. Very nice and cleaner. the rooms were actually nicer than the Slieve Russell rooms and only 4 mins drive away.

Nice Upmarket B&B near Ballyconnell and Belturbet
The hosts were great. Very warm welcome when we arrived and great local information which helped me to find the house my family came from in the 1880's. Great bed. Large room. Nice breakfast with a nice family touch. Would definitely recommend
