"Easy, comfortable, accommodating "

"Helpful staff. Excellent service at breakfast - especially the waitress working on her own on Saturday- very efficient. Tea/ coffee station in reception to help yourself was appreciated. Very convenient for the town centre. Would have liked breakfast to be served until 10.30am on Easter Monday rather than 10am."

"Clean comfortable room. Nice bar area. Water available on the floor. Breakfast was very good. Cocktails were good. Staff very friendly. As we were staying one night we were required to pay at check in but at check out were asked for payment as it appeared we had not paid. We had the receipt and on further investigation by staff the payment had been assigned to the wrong room - please check your bills. After a lovely stay this put a slight dampener on the visit. Not ideal. "

"The staff at the front desk was average , the staff in the restaurant spoke poor English , not friendly and slow . "

"We got a warm welcome from the staff at reception when we arrived which set the scene for a lovely relaxed stay. Our room was clean, well equipped, quiet with a nice view of the garden. We had a nice evening meal in the bar restaurant with excellent service and our breafast was all we could wish for. Wish we were able have stayed a bit longer. Will definitely be back. "
