"Overall average at best.. grossly overpriced Food was good. Carpets stained Room cold Shower taps broken Bath plug could not was stuck Overflow blocked Toilet had been used when I’d accessed my room. No reception staff on departure to discuss. Dated and average at best - will not go back.."

"Check in was very good. Rooms were top floor, my goodness. The noise from doors slamming was shocking, the floors are laminate that bounces. You can hear every doorstep from every room. It's unbelievable and you will need earplugs. The rooms have no air con or fans, the windows cannot be fully air ..."
