"Lovely hotel in a picturesque village. I booked last minute and was very happy with my choice. The gym was well equipped, and the breakfast options were fantastic (and the staff were incredibly attentive). Comfortable pillows, beds, and nice toiletries. I would definitely stay again, and even looked to see if another night was available but they were sold out!"

It is a spacious building with a lot of light and lots of parking. We had some issues in our bathroom, hence the lower rating re maintenance."

"This place was amazing! The house and property are both absolutely stunning, and the location is great if you’re visiting the country, as it’s pretty central to a bunch of lovely sights to see, although we honestly could have just stayed on the property for a week with how beautiful it was and how much there was to see. The hosts were also amazing! While we were there there was a town-wide power outage, and they made sure to stop by with candles, battery powered lights, and enough firewood to keep the place warm for a week, as well as as much info they could find about the outage, which only lasted about two hours. They were also extremely kind and very sociable! Overall every part of our stay was top notch."
