"Ideal location, a few minutes walk from Grand Central Station in one direction and the main high street in the other. This is really good if you want to use one of early morning excursions from City Hall. Reception staff are always pleasant and really helpful, we arrived early and were able to drop our bags meaning we could make the most of our time before checking in. Only downside to our stay was that day to day housekeeping left a little to be desired."

"Highly recommend taking the Free Hotel tour with William, (12 o’clock daley) he is the concierge and gives a very good tour within the hotel, the hotel waz used by Harland and Wolf to build the Titanic. Highly recommend breakfast, a very good buffet style. (the breakfast staff could do with smiling a little more) but that’s not really a complaint because they were all very helpful. We would stay at this hotel again, in fact we have booked to stay again already"

"The hotel is very nice this is our second time staying here now we’ve stayed in a few holiday inns before another one in Belfast it was lovely but I really like this one staff all seem lovely the breakfast was absolutely delicious plenty to eat the food in the hotel was really nice the room was very clean a nice big tv we did have a room with a double bed only thing I would say about the bed is that it was abit on the small side for being a double bed it was comfortable thoguh so had a good sleep the shower was as good plenty of power I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at it’s well kept has a we gym also and they can book you a taxi at reception if needed we will definitely be back to stay"
