O hotel está sob reforma. O pessoal do hotel está trabalhando incansavelmente para melhorar, porém ainda tem muito trabalho pela frente. Pelo preço está ok, não falta nada em relação a qualquer outro hotel, o que precisa é somente melhorar a qualidade.

Cuidado, Não indico esse hotel para brasileiros .
Não indico esse hotel para brasileiros, todos os funcionários são estrangeiros, não falam português passei momentos desagradáveis no meu próprio pais, tive problemas com limpeza do quarto ,ar condicionado ,terrível nada contra estrangeiros pelo contrario apoio inclusive gostaria que o ministério do trabalho fiscalizasse esse hotel para ver se todos os funcionários estão regidos pela lei brasileira e estão registrados e amparados na lei trabalhista. Quando precisei de ajuda com problemas com ar condicionado os funcionários não entendia nada, o quarto tinha muita terra e muito cabelo, além de ser minúsculo o quarto, parece que jogaram litros de desinfetantes no chão foi bem desconfortante, elevador parece que ia cair, o café da manha só tinha pão e frutas murchas. Na recepção tinha um local para os hospedes aguardar o check in ou check in ou aguardar Uber, em um sofa,porem alguns funcionários ficavam deitados no sofá com o pé pra cima sem sapato andando na frente dos hospedes e falando ao celular o tempo todo total falta de respeito presenciei essa situação por diversas vezes com um funcionário . Olha se vierem a Balneário Camboriú apesar da localização ser boa não compensa ficar nesse hotel pense duas vezes antes de reservar um hotel como esse e ter momentos desagradáveis em sua viagem. A hoteis.com caiu muito de qualidade tive um serio problema em uma viagem a Curitiba e a hoteis.com não fez nada fiquei na rua tive momentos desagradáveis e terrieveis.
