Annoying situation
I was not happy with breakfast situation. There were no Covid-19 restrictions. People remained seated after eating just to chat with friends and Family, loudly, all mask less. There were little kids running around mask less, screaming, touching and coughing on buffet food. Staff and parents did nothing to stop them, even after I complained. This happened every single day of my 3-night stay.

Eu dei 3 estrelas para o hotel pq eles me cobraram R$150 POR DIA para receber alguém que estava apenas me visitando. Achei esse valor ridiculo e por isso provavelmente não me hospedaria mais nesse hotel.

Great
Great stay. Only 48 units, very new (less than 2 years operation). Small but convenient. Close to the beach. The view is not the best but the price is affordable.

Hotel justo. Já é a terceira vez que ficamos nele. O MAior problema dele é o barulho. O isolamento entre os apartamentos são fracos. Sempre escuto gente andando em cima, arrastando movel, gente falando no apartamento ao lado.

Hotel surpreendeu positivamente. Ficamos 5 dias e foi tudo perfeito. Quarto bem grande e silencioso, café da manhã com muita opção e alimentos de ótima qualidade, cordialidade dos funcionários. Ainda disponibilizam toalhas, guarda-chuvas e bicicletas para passeio. A piscina aquecida também é excelente.

Recepcionistas muito ágeis e prestativos, serviço de estacionamento pago, mas funciona praticamente como vallet. Quartos limpos e modernos, com tomadas ao lado da cama. Bom chuveiro. Bom café da manhã. Literalmente do lado do aquário.

Ótima estadia, ótima infraestrutura, café da manhã impecável. O melhor é a equipe, de todos os setores! O único porém é o preço do estacionamento! Gostei da localização. Faltou na descrição o frigobar, secador de cabelo, sabonete líquido, xampu, condicionador, disponível, não precisa levar nada!

Razoável, o atendimento de alguns funcionários foi ótima, a limpeza que a Antoniele faz é bem caprichosa. Agora a acústica do hotel é péssima! Uma noite tinha várias crianças chorando e gritando e tive que ligar para recepção para reclamar. Foi bem a pior noite! Os arrastados de sandálias da pra ouvir e incomoda muito. O café da manhã é bom e os funcionários que ficam no café são muitos atenciosos.

Excelente hotel em BC
O hotel é muito aconchegante, os funcionarios sao extremamente educados e solícitos, o cafe da manha bem gostoso e variado, e as acomodações são otimas e bem limpas. A localização é excelente, fica mais afastado do que os hoteis mais centrais, o que é bom por ser uma área mais tranquila, com menos turistas. Mas mesmo assim, é perto de varias atrações da barra sul, permitindo fazer muita coisa a pé pela área, e o uber para a barra norte fica uns 10 reais
